Tour de Gracetown 2020 raising funds for prostate cancer

Tour de Gracetown 2020 will be supporting PCaHELP for the 2nd year running 

Saturday 31st October 2020

Tour de Gracetown is not a road race but instead a social community ride for charity. The organisers have created realistic average speed groups so that riders who are signing up can self-seed themselves and also invite their friends to sign up appropriately.

Features for TDG 2020
  • Start at Gracetown Hall - the spiritual hub of the event.
  • Finish at Juniper Estate, Margaret River winery
  • Coffee Vans sourced for hot beverage needs at both Gracetown Hall and at Juniper estate
  •  will be present for your gourmet coffee / hot beverage needs from 6:30am
  • Start time revised to 8:00 am with final safety briefing at 7:40 am
  • Traffic Marshalled intersections at Caves Road and Bussell Highway
  • End of Trip Facilities for Riders and Families at Juniper Estate
  • Lunch festivities can now easily include families and friends
  • Organisers are sourcing potential transport options for parking at Juniper and transfers to Gracetown Hall with a fee that would go towards the sponsorship
COSTS:
  • Petit 60 km course: $120.00
  • Medio 90 km course: $120.00
  • Grande 120 km coursee: $120.00

Normal registration fees as above apply from April to Sept 2020. From Oct 2020 to the actual event the late fee will be $130.00 per rider.

Team options also available. 

Event Times:
  • 30th Oct 2020
    Early sign in and event bib pick up at Juniper Estate 4pm - 6pm. Pizza, Wine and Beverages available for purchase at our Sundowner. Options for on-line meals purchase will be sent to participants 1 month before the event.
  • 31st Oct 2020
    6:30 - 7:30 am: Event sign in / Event bib pick up at Gracetown Hall 
    7:30 am: Registration and sign in closes - no exceptions for late arrivals
    7:40 am: Safety Briefing for ALL riders at Gracetown Hall
    8:00: Riders depart.
