For 2020 the City of Armadale Grand Fondo returns with its 10th year and once again the original and first Grand Fondo here in Western Australia. With so many Grand Fondos around, the organisers decided to give the 2020 version a new name – the City of Armadale Ciclistica.
This event has grown from strength to strength with many cyclists making it one of their ride targets for the year with the 2020 edition being your half year target!
On Sunday 26th July 2020 we will have the incredible opportunity of participating in and supporting the City of Armadale Ciclistica 2020.
PCaHELP have been selected as the sole beneficiary of fundraising from this amazing event.
You can participate in the Piccolo Fondo – a 50 km ride, the Medio Fondo at 70 km, the Medio-Gran Fondo at 95 km or the ultimate ride the Gran Fondo of 120 km. We are looking to enter a PCaHELP team of riders and now seeking expressions of interest. We will establish a dedicated training program for participants to ensure we are ready for the ride which starts and finishes at the Dome Kelmscott.
We also need volunteers to help on the day and again welcome expressions of interest to ensure we have a great support team. Volunteer roles include event registrations/sign ins and food service at the half way point.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE FROM THE ORGANISERS
Update on CAGF 2020 Ciclistica on the 26th July 2020.
In line with current Government regulations with Phase 3, we have planned to cap the event to 300 participants ensuring a wide window of assigned start times so there is no congregation and also an extended food stop in line with social distancing.
There will also be meal and beverage packs that can be pre ordered with our venue sponsor Dome Kelmscott leading to the event as we support those hardest hit by the pandemic.
Groups no larger than 15 will be permitted and event officials will ensure compliance to the rules.
Please join us and support CAGF 2020 as there is a distance for everyone and a challenge which you have yearned for - for months now.
No price rises either as we have capped it to be affordable to all.
